I really need to know what permanent hair removal system is best to invest, with effective results?

I've tried, foolishly, the last Libre''permanente''Hair Removal Kit. Workload was a waste, has not yet (not a hair was removed after several attempts), and feel angry about spending much money on a scam. Please advise me what techniques others are permanent, reliable and effective without having to pay for it professionally. Thank you.
